**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our small team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.

**Duties:**

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner

- Answer and direct phone calls promptly

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

- Coordinate and support event planning activities

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail

- Maintain a tidy reception area

**Experience:**

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role

- Strong customer service skills

- Excellent organizational abilities

- Proficiency in administrative tasks

- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus

- Familiarity with medical office procedures is advantageous

- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is beneficial

- Typing proficiency for data entry tasks

- Ability to provide exceptional customer support
